Each auction performed by a notary is subject to the general auction conditions (algemene veilingswoorwaarden), which have been registered at the Land Registry, and the special auction conditions (bijzondere veilingsvoorwaarden), which are established in a notarial deed at least 8 days before the auction for each item to be auctioned. The general auction conditions are set out here below (in Dutch). The special auction conditions can be found for each auction item on our auction page.
